Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Manufacturing Engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment solutions.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype to full production, ensuring manufacturability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to processes, equipment, and materials.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flows.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve yields, and enhance product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software for process design, tooling, and fixture development.
- Experience with manufacturing automation, robotics, and/or PLC systems.
- Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming, robotics, or vision systems.
- Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD, process simulation).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
