Tax Manager - Kennesaw, GA Who: A highly experienced tax professional with 7+ years of public accounting experience and strong leadership, communication, and technical tax expertise. What: Manage and review tax engagements, advise clients across multiple tax areas, oversee staff, and deliver advanced tax planning and compliance strategies. Advise clients on comprehensive tax matters across individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts/estates. Review engagement work to ensure compliance with firm quality control procedures. Manage multiple client engagements with timely communication and proactive problem‑solving. Provide recommendations to partners and take action on technical, scheduling, and engagement issues. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver responsive, high‑quality service. Conduct performance reviews and support staff development and training. Handle direct client billing and understand engagement economics. Participate in networking activities and build visibility in your industry specialization. Stay current with tax law changes and emerging trends. Support firm management in implementing policies, procedures, and team initiatives. Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications

Proficient in business taxation (C corporations, S corporations, partnerships). Experienced in individual taxation and advanced tax planning strategies. Skilled with multi‑state and consolidated tax returns. Background in supervising and training staff preferred. Active CPA license required. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong research skills and exceptional organization and multitasking ability. Highly motivated with ability to manage multiple engagements effectively. Education
