Primary Care Physician Needed in Illinois Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an outpatient advanced primary care clinic. Offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or IM Meds/Peds Physician Needed

Manage only 10-12 patients per day

Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)

Focus on outcomes, NOT production

Monday – Friday regular work hours

No call

Fewer administrative tasks – time to chart throughout the day

Highly competitive base salary (mid–upper $200s, negotiable based on experience)

Sign-on bonus

Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement

QUALIFICATIONS:

BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3+ years)

Procedure experience is a huge plus!
