Candidate should have 10+ years of consulting experience, particularly with exposure to the Industrial Manufacturing business. Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in Agile PLM, especially in modules like Product Collaboration (PC), Product Quality (PQM), and PG&C. Experience in setting up workflows and process extensions is required. Experience working on Agile PLM and Oracle EBS R12 integrations using AIA or PIP is necessary. Should have configured LDAP and SSO in Oracle Agile PLM. Good understanding of Non-Conformance Management, Disposition, and CAPA concepts is essential. An understanding of business processes, flows, and Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules such as Inventory, BOM, Engineering, and QA is needed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with good client handling skills and knowledge of Oracle implementation methodology.
