Responsibilities
Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver proactive, business‑aligned support to help strengthen performance, culture, organizational effectiveness, etc.
Elevate the company’s people department/function
Senior/strategic advisor to company leaders
Oversee employee relations/employee engagement within assigned business units
Requirements
8+ years of HR experience
Strong employee relations, strategic partnership, and organizational design experience
Experience in high‑growth or complex environments
Leadership experience
Data‑driven mindset
Technology, data center, bitcoin, or similar industry experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree
