Location: San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)

Compensation Range: $150,000-$225,000 DOE

We’re shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world’s biggest retail platform. We’re looking for a Director of Client Services, eCommerce to lead our Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Amazon services, strong people management skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction, including:

Department Oversight

Team Leadership

Operational Efficiency

People Management

Strategic Initiatives

Training and Development

What You Bring

Extensive experience in Amazon services, particularly in Brand Management, Content, and Advertising roles

Advanced understanding of Amazon’s platform, tools, and strategies

Proven leadership experience, including managing multiple departments or large teams

Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and satisfaction

Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

$15,000 - $225,000 a year

Compensation Transparency We’ve listed a broad salary range of $150,000-$225,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
