About the Role The Sr. Brand Manager will support the Brand Director in strategy, setting complex cross‑functional projects with calculated impact to the business. This role is a top‑performing subject‑matter expert with experience in commercial and campaign leadership, business reporting, and brand strategy development. The Sr. Brand Manager oversees key product platform(s) to help liquid I.V. maintain its position as a market maker and leader in the functional hydration category.

Functions and Duties

Initiate new learning opportunities in partnership with CMI and translate insights into recommendations for communication strategy, product claims, new product opportunities, and marketing campaigns.

Operate as the voice of the consumer, staying attuned to trends across marketing channels, the category, and culture.

Participate in customer business planning and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure delivery of net sales and market share objectives.

Track and update budget within approved allocation.

Coach and mentor junior members of the brand team.

Demonstrate expertise in cross‑functional team management and in managing highly complex projects, influencing higher‑level leadership and strategic direction.

Initiate, lead, manage, and execute disruptive brand campaigns and product launches focused on increasing brand awareness and household penetration.

Collaborate with in‑house creative teams or external agency partners to develop creative toolkits for campaigns, and lead strategy to drive 360‑channel brand extensions.

Manage projects to enable top‑line sufficiency, report and manage commercial business performance for specific channels or product platforms, and develop accurate POS‑informed inputs for demand planning.

Develop winning product claims and selling stories for multiple product platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management or brand marketing in CPG, managing complex large‑scale business, product, or marketing projects.

4+ years of experience in retail data analytics, consumer insights, or marketing (preferred).

2+ years of experience managing and developing a team at various levels.

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.

Strong time‑management and project‑management skills, able to navigate complexity.

Deep understanding of the marketing landscape and experience developing 360‑full funnel marketing campaigns.

Interest in disruptive marketing and appetite to push boundaries.

Ability to partner cross‑functionally and collaborate with creative teams or external innovation partners.

Competency with data analytics.

Ability to assess business performance, story‑tell, build recommendations for growth, and influence decision‑makers.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills in PowerPoint.

Ability to coach and develop a team toward successful results.

Strong knowledge of contemporary media (social, content marketing, video).

Experience in the health & wellness space is a plus.

Compensation Compensation band: $126,000 – $184,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, and budget. The listed range applies only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
