Float Family Medicine APP

We are also part of AdventHealth, a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 states.

Responsibilities UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent a Float Outpatient Family Medicine APN opportunity.

Float to different clinic locations depending on need at our clinics in the western suburbs, for short- and long-term assignments

1-3 years of experience as an APP in Family Medicine, required

Call coverage and Saturday clinic hours may be required depending on location

Annual Salary: $115K - $125K

Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program

Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

Current Illinois license in good standing

Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.

Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification

Current CPR certification
