Monarch Investment and Management Group (MIMG) is seeking a
driven and experienced Human Resources Business Partner
to support our growing multifamily property portfolio! If you're passionate about people, strategy, and creating lasting workplace impact — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
As an HRBP, you'll act as a strategic consultant, aligning HR practices with business goals and working closely with onsite and regional teams to drive success. You’ll provide expert HR guidance, address employee relations issues, and help foster a culture of engagement and performance.
✅ Resolve complex employee relations matters
✅ Support and coach leadership on performance management
✅ Improve employee morale, retention, and workplace culture
✅ Ensure legal and HR policy compliance across operations
✅ Conduct field visits, audits, trainings, and employee check-ins
✅ Identify workforce planning, training, and succession strategies
✅ Analyze HR metrics to drive proactive solutions
✅ Travel to properties (AL, AR, KS, LA, MO, NC, TN, WV) and Corporate HQ (Franktown, CO) as needed
Education & Experience
•
5+ years in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role
• Bachelor’s (or Associate’s with experience) in HR, Management, or related field
• PHR or SHRM Certification is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
• Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and performance guidance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Intermediate Excel/Word proficiency
• Experience with UKG is preferred but not required
Must-Have Knowledge of:
• Recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
• HIPAA, Wage & Hour laws, FLSA, EEOC, FCRA, etc.
• Employee relations & workplace investigations
• Travel to property sites and HQ (as needed)

$75,000–$85,000/year (DOE)
•
$45/month medical insurance (Blue Cross)
