Position Overview
The Performance Insights Consultant will play a critical role in transforming operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights that support key business decisions. This position is responsible for designing and maintaining dashboards, monitoring performance indicators, and helping business partners understand trends that impact fulfillment, logistics, financial health, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly analytical, and able to convert complex information into decision-ready recommendations. Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain environments is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visual reports used across operational and business teams.
Partner with business and operational leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver concise, actionable recommendations.
Analyze data to identify trends in fulfillment metrics, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
Enhance decision‑making by improving how information is structured, visualized, and communicated.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting pipelines.
Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through strong data storytelling.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2 years
of experience in an analytics-focused role (e.g., Business Analyst, Data Analyst).
Proficiency with dashboarding and data visualization tools such as
Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight .
Strong
SQL
skills for querying, cleaning, and transforming data.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights and business recommendations.
Solid understanding of performance metrics and data storytelling.
Preferred Experience
Background in
fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain
analytics.
Hands‑on application of
ML/AI
techniques in business intelligence (predictive dashboards, anomaly detection, demand forecasting).
Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake).
Understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance best practices.
Curiosity and passion for exploring how AI can enhance BI, automation, and business decision‑making.
