Robert Half's Fabrication client is in need of an Administrative Assistant. This role is 100% on-site. In this role, you will support daily administrative operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include:
- Answer the phones, greet visitors, organize and arrange meetings, schedule conference rooms and set up catered meals. Low walk ins. Hardly any calls.
- Data Entry into Excel, and Smartsheet
- Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mails.
- Order office supplies and replenish the kitchen with snacks, office supply inventory.
- Running daily reports in SAP and then emailing the group
- In the morning, they check the timesheets that the superintendent send in, missing timecard/attendance tracking

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and correspondence.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in scheduling and calendar management.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar platforms is a plus.
• Previous administrative experience in a detail-oriented environment preferred.
