• Provide general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
• Monitor and manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-ups.
• Coordinate with leadership and other departments to address operational needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.• Proven experience in administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and database management.
• Strong skills in data entry and report generation.
• Familiarity with email newsletter creation and distribution.
