Title: Receiver / Warehouse Operator
Location: 100 Nagog Park Acton Massachusetts 01720
Shift: Weekend shift — Friday to Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Pay: $24.29/hr (W2)
Overview:
Seeking a Receiver/Warehouse Operator to accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming materials in a regulated medical-device manufacturing environment (21 CFR/ISO 13485). Role includes data entry in SAP, material movement, and supporting warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety policies; report hazards or incidents
- Complete required QMS training
- Operate computers, software, printers, and warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments
- Enter inventory data into SAP accurately
- Store and label materials properly
- Assist with staging materials and fulfilling raw-material requests
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/bend for up to 12 hours
- Comfortable lifting above shoulder and below waist
- Prior warehouse and forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
