Design detailed wind tunnel models using 3D CAD software (Siemens NX or equivalent).
Perform structural analysis to ensure model integrity, performance, and quality.
Collaborate with engineering specialists to enhance and optimize model designs.
Integrate feedback and real‑world data to improve design processes.
Meet project deadlines while delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective models.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautical preferred).
3+ years of experience in Mechanical Design with strong 3D CAD modeling skills.
Proficient in Siemens NX or similar 3D design platforms.
Strong background in structural analysis.
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for Export/ITAR compliance).
DOD Clearance is a plus, but not required.
