Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Active West Virginia RN license or eligibility for licensure
Five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in Women's and Children's Health
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe)
