Job Description:
Addison Group is actively seeking an experienced
Lending Officer
to join our client’s growing team and support the launch of a new branch in the Dallas Medical District. This role is ideal for a commercial lender with an established presence in the Dallas market, preferably with experience serving medical professionals or executive‑level clients. You'll play a key part in expanding business relationships and structuring customized lending solutions for established clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial lending clients, with a focus on healthcare providers, executives, and business owners.
Structure, analyze, and close commercial loans including practice financing, equipment purchases, working capital, and owner‑occupied real estate.
Build strategic partnerships within the medical, executive, and professional communities in the Dallas area.
Serve as a trusted advisor by guiding clients through the full lending process from origination through closing.
Monitor industry trends and maintain in‑depth knowledge of current lending products and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and client satisfaction.
Represent the financial institution professionally and actively participate in relevant networking and community activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending; experience with medical professionals or practice finance strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in business development and maintaining a book of business within the Dallas area.
Proven track record of loan production and client retention.
Strong knowledge of SBA loan structures, credit analysis, and lending best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in commercial lending.
