Litigation Attorney – Full-Time | Glendale, CA
Base Pay Range $140,000 – $200,000 per year (DOE + Bonuses)
Schedule & Location Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST | In-office | Glendale, California
We are hiring for a California plaintiffs law firm dedicated to fighting for fairness and protecting everyday people. Our team represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters – including employment law and landlord‑tenant issues.
The Opportunity We’re looking for a Litigation Attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. You’ll take ownership of your caseload from start to finish while collaborating with a supportive team that values precision, strategy, and justice.
Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of active litigation matters
Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, motions, and trial documents
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions
Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests
Provide clear communication and legal guidance throughout each case
Stay current on California civil, employment, and consumer laws
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license or Awaiting Results
Experience in litigation is preferred but not required
Excellent writing, research, and negotiation skills
Confidence managing cases independently while collaborating with a team
A results‑driven mindset and genuine passion for advocacy
