Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is Houston's premier multispecialty group practice founded in 1949 by Dr. Mavis Kelsey in the Texas Medical Center. More than 600 physicians and allied health professionals practice at 31 locations in the Greater Houston area. Kelsey-Seybold offers quality medical care in 65 medical specialties and operates the largest freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center in the state of Texas. The organization offers state-of-the-art Varian TrueBeam and Varian Edge radiation therapy technology at a nationally accredited Cancer Center, an accredited Sleep Center, comprehensive laboratory services, advanced imaging, and diagnostics, 16 on-site Kelsey Pharmacy locations, and MyKelseyOnline, a secure web portal. Clinical Audiologist – Per Diem Coverage
The clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Audiologist who is interested in per diem coverage at multiple Kelsey-Seybold locations. We currently have a full-time staff of six Audiologists and several on-call Audiologists. Clinics are open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Duties
Assessment of Newborn, Pediatric (Play and VRA), Adult, and Geriatric Populations Administer and Interpret Audiological evaluations (Comprehensive audiogram, Full Immittance) Otoacoustic Emissions Future Opportunities
Further future opportunities may include hearing aid fitting and dispensing, vestibular testing interpretation, cerumen removal, electrophysiological testing, and cochlear implants. There may be an opportunity for full-time employment with future expansions. Qualifications
Doctor of Audiology (AuD) ASHA Certified Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) Texas Audiology License Three years of experience preferred Benefits and Compensation
