Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified, or board-eligible Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician.
Location: Fremont, CA.
Position details:
Fully established interventional spine practice with extensive internal referral network
State‑of‑the‑art outpatient medical center with collaborative ancillary support
Full‑time is 35 patient contact hours per week
Sutter Health‑affiliated ambulatory surgery center conveniently located on campus
Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in PM&R
Fellowship in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred
