What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or public administration
Five or more years of experience in city or county government technology departments or public sector consulting
Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing projects effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues
Proficiency in using the MS Office suite for documentation and presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree in a relevant field
Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP or CAPM)
Leadership experience in city or county government technology departments
Certified Government CIO (CGCIO) certification
Familiarity with the ITIL framework and prior consulting experience in the public sector
