Job Description GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. In this role you will adapt from one mission to the next, providing customer service, patrols, or surveillance as required. Your ability to thrive in the heart of the action and respond quickly to incidents will be essential.

Responsibilities
Monitor the premises to ensure security.
Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
Control access points and verify identities.
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
Collate with authorities during serious situations.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
One year of security work required.
Must have a California driver’s license and be 21 years old; must pass an extensive Motor Vehicle Check.
Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
Fast thinking, adaptability, and strong problem‑solving skills.
Prior experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.
State security license (e.g., BSIS Guard Card) and willingness to complete additional 32‑hour BSIS security trainings during the hiring process.
In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be certified by Great Place to Work.
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
