CSP is partnering with a reputable, local developer in their search for a Lease Administrator to add to their fast‑growing team. This role is responsible for interpreting and managing commercial lease documents, ensuring accurate billing and collections, maintaining lease compliance, and supporting property management and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Abstract and maintain lease data in MRI, including tracking critical dates, rent changes, and lease amendments.
Review leases for compliance, issue notices, and maintain master property schedules.
Process rent payments, billing adjustments, and variance analyses; ensure accuracy of rent rolls and financial reporting.
Collaborate with property managers, accounting, and tenants to resolve lease‑related questions and maintain positive relationships.
Support due diligence processes, including estoppels, SNDAs, and new property setup.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Minimum 3 years of commercial real‑estate lease administration experience.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
