Job Summary Radiology Interventional Technologist at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. Full‑time position. Day shift, 10‑hour shifts. The role is conducted under general supervision, assisting Cardiologists and Radiologists in interventional angiographic and therapeutic procedures for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities
Assist in the performance of interventional angiographic and therapeutic procedures for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Provide imaging, monitoring, or scrub‑assistance as required, maintaining a safe and high‑quality patient environment.
Utilize required competencies and maintain proficiency throughout the workplace.
Required Qualifications
Formal training or coursework in radiology procedures.
California Radiologic Technologist license on hire.
National Registered Technologist – Radiography (ARRT) on hire.
National Registered Technologist – Vascular‑Interventional Radiography within one year of hire.
National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association on hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of continuing education programs related to radiology.
Two years’ experience in an interventional cardiovascular lab.
