Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant

End-to-End Migration to Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, P2P and O2C
Required Skills & Experience
8‑12 years
of Oracle Financials experience.
Minimum
3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations .
Strong hands‑on configuration experience:
GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Expenses, and Tax engine integrations.
Must have solid accounting knowledge (GL, Journals, P&L, Balance Sheet and EPM) and any background of CPA or accountant will be a great plus.
Deep understanding of subledger accounting, period close, and financial reporting.
Strong experience leading
CRP, SIT, UAT, and production cutover activities.
Proven ability to work with C‑suite finance leaders
and communicate clearly.
Experience delivering in large, complex enterprise environments.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with OIC integrations (Inbound/Outbound).
Knowledge of legacy‑to‑cloud migration best practices.
Exposure to audit and compliance‑related financial processes.
Experience mentoring junior functional and technical team members.
