Headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA, PREG also maintains operations in Dallas, TX. Vertical operations include property management, construction services, and ancillary business services divisions. Summary This is an entry level opportunity for someone looking to join a growing real estate investment company focused on the acquisition and management of apartment buildings, interests in real estate partnerships, and loans collateralized by real estate located throughout the United States. We are an extremely entrepreneurial firm based in Beverly Hills, California, with a focus on a multitude of opportunistic real estate investment strategies including multifamily acquisitions, and affordable housing across the United States. We are seeking a hardworking, passionate and detail‑oriented individual to join our fast‑paced firm. This position will be exposed to all facets of a real estate transaction including underwriting, due diligence, closing, financing, review of legal documents and much more.
This position will be based in Beverly Hills, CA and will offer the qualified candidate competitive base pay along with performance bonus and benefits.
Duties
Work on the Acquisitions Team to assist in the underwriting and analysis of prospective investments
Build and manipulate financial models using Excel
Conduct in depth market research of prospective investment opportunities
Formulate business plans and present to senior management
Work closely with senior executives on various analytical projects
Analyze existing investments and capital event opportunities
Participate in the preparation of investment reports and presentations
Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic projects
Assist with transaction due diligence tasks
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate is preferred
1-2 years of work experience in the Real Estate or Finance industry is preferred
Ability to perform in depth financial analysis
Strong attention to detail
Sincere commitment to professional and personal development
High level of initiative and willingness to work across teams and projects
Exceptional analytical and financial skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Can prioritize work effectively and has excellent time management skillsPossess a strong work ethic and is a self‑starter; able to work well with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop professional relationships
Salary: $95,000 with opportunity for competitive bonus.
