Job Summary KREWE is hiring a

Store Manager

for our store located on Magazine St in New Orleans, focused on optical services. In this role you will represent our brand, provide world‑class in‑person customer experiences, and lead the store team to achieve sales and profitability goals, operational objectives, and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities and Duties Business Leader

Execute the brand’s retail and optical strategies, delivering exceptional customer experiences, client relations management, employee performance, and community connectivity.

Identify and recommend store opportunities that increase sales, foot traffic, and customer relationships.

Develop business‑driving strategies through KPI analysis.

Lead the team by leveraging company tools and incentives to meet sales goals.

Identify and communicate individual and team training needs.

Recruit, hire, and onboard superior talent with experience in high‑customer‑service environments.

Continue coaching for performance improvement.

Cultivate an environment that encourages growth and motivates staff to achieve store KPIs (Conversion, Average Sale, UPT, etc.).

Operations Leader

Ensure the team adheres to all visual brand standards on the floor and back of house.

Maintain merchandising standards, inventory levels, and communicate weekly product needs.

Supervise inventory management to keep shrinkage at or below target.

Complete required daily and weekly reporting and provide business insight.

Manage headcount and payroll budgets and deliver P&L objectives.

Plan for future business needs and continuously improve results.

Business Partner

Identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development, and present solutions to corporate.

Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly to deliver exceptional service.

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support organizational goals.

Communicate effectively across all levels, including the executive team.

Partner with field and HQ leaders to establish effective local events and build store awareness.

Strategize and execute in‑store events to drive incremental revenue.

Qualifications and Skills

Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.

Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales and management; optical experience preferred.

Strong financial acumen and advanced retail math skills; ability to translate monthly goals into daily targets.

Ability to manage a high‑visibility store with frequent executive visits.

Proven leadership with a strong work ethic and a track record of exceeding expectations.

Deep understanding of all aspects of store operations.

Thrives in a goal‑oriented environment and excels at conversation and presentation.

Passion for delivering a unique customer experience; intuitive about meeting customer demands.

Self‑sufficient and flexible, capable of managing multiple client needs simultaneously.

Inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic about learning.
