Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards.
Deliver great customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality, ensure transportation to/from work, keep store cleanliness, undertake marketing activities, and drive profitability.
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing and Physical Demands
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Standing most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and stooping/bending as required.
Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) carried from workstation to storage.
Pizza sauce (≈30 lb) carried from storage to front of store; trays of pizza dough (≈12 lb/tray) carried three at a time.
Pushing trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb of force; pulling trays as needed.
Occasional navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
Forward bending at the waist for assembly station; repeated continuously during the day.
Continuously reaching above 72 in.; reaching down to perform scooping or washing tasks; the forward reaching for ingredients, cleaning, or answering phones.
Eye‑hand coordination essential; use of hands continuous; shaping pizza dough requires frequent forearm and wrist force.
Manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter, and box assembly demands forceful pinching.
Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requirements for Driving Duties
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
