Essential Functions
Supporting cybersecurity-related data calls by gathering required inputs, validating submissions, tracking status, and ensuring alignment with request criteria.
Maintaining and updating tracking tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards to monitor responses, deadlines, and key indicators.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to clarify data requests, schedules, and submission requirements.
Supporting the preparation of ad-hoc reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership review.
Assisting in compiling vulnerability data from approved tools (e.g., Nessus or equivalent reports) for inclusion in dashboards and compliance reporting.
Providing administrative support to FISMA, BOD, and ED reporting cycles, including collecting metrics, updating trackers, and organizing artifacts.
Supporting development and maintenance of Smartsheet dashboards.
Performing quality checks on data call language and submissions to ensure clarity and consistency (not policy review).
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating working group meetings and training sessions.
Supporting a variety of teams within the Cybersecurity Division team with data entry, tracking activities, and preparing summary reports, as needed.
Helping document basic procedures, workflows, and templates to support standardized processes.
Identifying and flagging opportunities for process efficiencies and support implementation of process improvement upon government approval.
Tracking and communicating deadlines, reminders, and updates to internal teams.
Maintaining organized folders, calendars, and shared resources for data call activities.
Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
