About the Job
Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers to lead store teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and grow the brand. As the store leader, you will set the example, uphold store standards, and manage daily operations to achieve profitability.
Responsibilities
Set a high bar for store performance, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, inventory control, and food management.
Work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adhere to standards.
Deliver great customer service, attend and be punctual, and transport the store via vehicle to/from work.
Keep the store clean, execute marketing, and achieve profitability.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product and receive/ process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential functions/skills: mathematically accurate and quick arithmetic, correct monetary change, verbal/writing/telephone skills, motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers, keyboard and touch‑screen proficiency.
