Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the discrete manufacturing sector, preferably in the high-tech industry.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management), QM (Quality Management), and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Global project management experience, including working with cross-cultural teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and financial operations.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
PMP or other project management certifications are desirable.
