What this job involves The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the delivery of maintenance and critical repair services for our client. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations of all facility equipment and systems.
What is your day to day?
Manage the efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings and infrastructure to identify preventative repairs.
Monitor work order metrics and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Estimate resources required for completing work orders and manage the operating budget.
Develop and publish monthly/quarterly reports.
Coordinate with account team to identify new business partners and source services.
Assign and schedule team resources effectively.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain compliance with regulations.
Maintain knowledge of building systems and technical skills.
Interact with clients and effectively present information.
Conduct financial analysis and budget forecasting.
Desired experience and technical skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, or Property Management.
Minimum of 2 years of facility management critical environment experience.
7+ years of technical experience in building engineering.
Valid state driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMMS, and other office equipment.
Preferred
Extensive building systems knowledge, preferably with CMMS, BMS and controls desired.
Critical Data Management and/or Heavy Mechanical Management experience is desired.
Location On-site – Atlanta, GA
