The opportunity As a Senior Solution Architect, you’ll have the chance to shape innovative solutions that drive real business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with talented engineering teams, leverage cutting-edge technologies—including AI and cloud platforms—and help clients transform their operations. Your Key Responsibilities
Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a knack for solving complex problems and evaluating variable factors.
Technical expertise in solution architecture design, application and tool analysis, emerging technologies, cloud computing, and data architecture modeling.
Business acumen in building and managing relationships, earning client trust, and communicating with impact.
Digital fluency and emotional agility, enabling effective hybrid collaboration and driving outcomes in dynamic environments.

To qualify you must have
A bachelor’s degree
0-5+ years of relevant experience
Specialized technical skills in solution architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.
Experience with cloud architecture, FinOps, and emerging technologies.
A passion for mentoring others and contributing to team success.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Master’s Degree is preferred
What We Offer You
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $112,300 to $185,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $134,700 to $210,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well‑being.
