Director Business Development – FAS Responsible for co‑developing and executing the Facility Services (FAS) business development and sales strategy, focusing on business development, pipeline management, and leading tier‑one key account management programs. Measures and manages KPIs for the regional FAS business, such as ROI, win and capture rates, and efficient use of BD funds. Develops and maintains key account relationships to optimize service quality, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

In partnership with the Vice President, Facility Services, develop the overall business development and sales strategy for the FAS line.

Execute duties aligned with short‑term and long‑term goals, reviewed and adjusted quarterly.

Identify key targets and develop strategies to convert them into BPES clients.

Maintain a robust sales funnel, reporting weekly in BDR and documenting in Salesforce.

Create and nurture relationships with key industry contacts; cross‑promote other business lines.

Follow up on bids, close opportunities, conduct post‑mortem on lost bids, evaluate strategy adjustments.

Develop trusted partner relationships with strong customer‑service orientation.

Communicate internally and externally effectively in writing and orally.

Monitor strict adherence to the sales platform, engage to fix non‑compliance, and manage KPIs.

Lead and be primarily responsible for growing the FAS business line.

Coordinate with FAS Leadership to ensure work sold is resourced appropriately.

Collaborate with marketing to keep sales collateral and brand messaging up‑to‑date.

Lead FAS SMEs to develop and implement client solutions encompassing new technologies, go‑to‑market services and business models.

Establish rapport with FAS global team, build consensus on priorities, and encourage employee progress.

Show initiative, personal commitment, courage, and accountability.

Lead proposal development and coordinate with Business Line Leads for proposal materials.

Represent the company at key industry functions and network.

Frequent travel required.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.

15+ years of experience.

Prior experience in Facility Operations – Semiconductor, BLS or Data Centers required; construction/engineering experience in these segments a plus.

Prior sales leadership experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven sales track record in the Facility Services industry.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated commitment to customer service.

Problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management.

Organization and deep industry knowledge.

Self‑starter with sales orientation, optimism, drive.

Excellent written and oral communication.

Ability to travel regionally and internationally; 21‑50% business travel.
