The Role We are transforming Procurement into a strategic business partner that drives innovation, sustainability, and measurable value. Leading a team of buyers, the Procurement Manager will shape sourcing strategies for hardware, software, cloud services and security solutions. The role requires optimising procurement processes, negotiating complex technology agreements, and building strong supplier relationships to deliver cost efficiencies, risk mitigation and compliance.
Day to Day
Team Leadership:
Build and develop a high‑performing team of buyers, foster collaboration and continuous improvement, provide coaching and mentorship to ensure professional growth.
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:
Execute sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software licensing, SaaS, cloud services and cybersecurity solutions; analyse market trends, cost drivers and vendor capabilities.
Contract Negotiation & Risk Management:
Negotiate complex technology agreements, include SLAs, data security clauses and compliance requirements; implement risk mitigation strategies.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers and cybersecurity firms; monitor performance and resolve disputes.
Project Procurement Expertise:
Support IT & S projects by aligning procurement timelines with project schedules and critical milestones; ensure sourcing decisions meet technical requirements and compliance standards.
Financial Acumen:
Manage budgets, conduct cost analysis and forecast for multi‑million‑dollar technology initiatives; apply total cost of ownership (TCO) and lifecycle costing principles.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:
Ensure adherence to data privacy laws, cybersecurity regulations, and industry‑specific compliance requirements.
Digital Procurement Tools:
Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and e‑sourcing platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Fieldglass); leverage analytics for spend visibility, supplier performance tracking and risk assessment.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with IT & S leadership to anticipate needs and influence procurement strategy; act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on technology sourcing and vendor management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of management experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with significant preference for experience in IT and cybersecurity categories.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable business impact.
Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass) and procurement analytics tools.

Base salary range:
$107,500.00–$153,200.00 per year, depending on qualifications
Annual Target Incentive:
Manager, 15.0% target. Targets are calculated using eligible earnings during plan year participation. Payout, if earned, may range from 0%–200% of target. Must be employed by September 30 to receive any prorated payout.
