Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and sales in the Starbucks department, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high customer service standards. Lead, coach, and engage the team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and support the team’s growth and development.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Prior experience leading others.
Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
Act with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out.
For Bakery: Provide 1 year or more of experience as a Baker.
For Meat: Knowledge and ability to process different cuts of meat, and previous experience working in a meat department with tools such as grinders, saws, and other meat processing equipment.
