Hybrid in NJ/ Midtown NY across USA (2-3 days/ week, remaining remote)
Job Description:
10+ years enterprise-level experience supporting SAN, NAS, and backup technologies in banking environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills in low-latency, high-availability infrastructures.
Hands-on experience with EMC, NetApp, PureStorage, or equivalent enterprise storage platforms.
Backup infrastructure support (e.g., Commvault, NetBackup, Rubrik).
Familiarity with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, multipathing, zoning, and LUN provisioning.
Proactive incident and problem management (ITIL-aligned).
Able to assist in project deployments, migrations, and firmware upgrades.
Experience in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) desirable.
Clear communication skills for working with operations, vendors, and internal customers.
