What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue and productivity targets
Monitor and coach Sales Representatives on performance, skills, and product knowledge
Foster collaboration across teams to improve customer hand-offs and sales processes
Conduct regular meetings with Account Representatives to review performance and provide coaching
Take responsibility for forecasting sales bookings and ensuring the accuracy of sales predictions
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of high-performance carrier sales management experience in telecommunications or cloud environments
Proven track record of achieving measurable business results in a high transaction sales environment
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Strong understanding of the wholesale environment with existing relationships in the account base
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in leading a sales team within the telecommunications industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships
History of exceeding sales objectives and driving team performance
Knowledge of advanced sales processes and methodologies
