The opportunity
Our Government & Public Sector (GPS) Digital Engineering practice is helping organizations solve complex problems through purpose‑led transformation. You will advise U.S. government agencies on digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture and program integration.
Your Key Responsibilities
Application integration, quality assurance, software development
Technology business requirements analysis
Lead solution deployments
Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design, configuration, customization and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
Utilize JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
Coach and develop junior team members
Manager‑Level Responsibilities
Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
Create innovative insights for clients and adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, contributing to thought leadership
Anticipate and identify risks, escalating any issues as appropriate
Develop people through supervising, coaching and mentoring staff, creating a positive learning culture
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
Skills And Attributes for Success
Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience solving complex problems
Prior consulting experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
8+ years of related experience
Firm understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
Experience integrating with external systems
Proficiency in application integration and software development
Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design, configuration, customization and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement experience
Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
Experience with Azure DevOps Build Pipelines or similar
Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
Comfortable working in‑person as needed
Additional Information Work may be required at client, EY, or contractor sites. Candidates should be willing to travel 20–30% or more.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certifications
Prior consulting experience
Expertise in developing written and visual communication products
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow‑on opportunities
Benefits and Compensation
Competitive base salary ranging from $142,600 to $261,500 nationwide; higher ranges apply for certain metro areas.
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off.
Hybrid work model with expectation of 40‑60% in‑person client engagement.
