Trust & Estate Litigation Associate Attorney (Beverly Hills, CA)
A well-established Beverly Hills litigation boutique is seeking a Trust & Estate Litigation Associate Attorney to join its high‑caliber team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to take on complex, high‑stakes matters while receiving hands‑on mentorship from experienced trial lawyers.
About the Role You’ll handle a broad range of trust and estate disputes, including:
Breach of fiduciary duty claims
Will and trust contests
Claims involving mismanagement or misconduct by trustees and executors
Responsibilities
Manage and develop trust and estate litigation cases from intake through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial briefs
Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings
Analyze financial records, trust documents, and accounting issues
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Support partners in trial preparation and courtroom strategy
Ideal Candidate
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar
2–6 years of litigation experience (trust & estate litigation preferred)
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple cases
Interest in high‑stakes disputes involving families, fiduciaries, and complex assets
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
