Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from the crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and work to a schedule.
Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, deliver great customer service, keep attendance and punctuality, and ensure store cleanliness.
Handle marketing and profitability.
Essential Functions / Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Provide correct monetary change.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate and read maps in the delivery area, including adverse terrain.
Carry, lift, push or pull required warehouse items in the store.
Drive delivered pizza within the designated area.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop, bend, squat, reach, and drive as required for the role.
Deliver products by car and occasionally navigate stairs and ladders.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, push up to 7.5 pounds, and reach above 72".
Additional Information
Validity of driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
