We are seeking a highly experienced
Technical Lead – Generative AI Architect
to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications integrated with Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in machine learning engineering, cloud-native architecture on
Microsoft Azure , and full-stack application lifecycle ownership. Prior experience in the
financial services domain
is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise web applications integrated with Generative AI capabilities. Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and implementation guidelines across the organization. Collaborate closely with Product Management, AI/ML teams, DevOps, Security, and Network teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Drive full-stack development best practices across backend services, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure. Design, architect, and integrate Large Language Models, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, and vector databases into production systems. Provide end-to-end ownership of applications—from solution design and development through deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Ensure production readiness, including security, networking, observability, performance tuning, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership in modern AI-driven application development. Required Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of overall experience in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles. Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI and web application solutions on Microsoft Azure. Hands‑on experience with Generative AI systems, LLMs, embeddings, RAG frameworks and cloud‑native microservices architectures. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end application lifecycle management, from design and development to deployment and operations. Strong understanding of enterprise security, networking, CI/CD, monitoring, and compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with large-scale, regulated environments (banking, fintech, capital markets). Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Deep understanding of scalable cloud architecture and distributed systems. Seniority level
