Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site protocols. Communicate and coordinate with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal management regarding security‑related matters. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures and guidelines. Answer inquiries and provide information to visitors and tenants as needed, representing Allied Universal in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Experience in loss prevention is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only. Closing
