The North America Head of Fund Accounting is a key leadership position within the Global Fund Accounting Team in Global Delivery, responsible for the organization, management and delivery of the entire suite of accounting services to clients in North America. What You Will Be Responsible For
Ensure accounting activities are performed and services are delivered in accordance with contractual and client service level agreements. Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness, managing NAV calculations across all accounting platforms. Document, adhere to and be compliant with relevant SOC/ISAE controls and regulatory requirements. Track key metrics and performance indicators, drive productivity and operational effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities. Manage financial performance against operating plans, forecasts and efficiency targets. Represent Fund Accounting at client meetings, presentations and due diligence reviews. Manage executive global stakeholders across Global HUBS, Global Delivery and Institutional Services. Develop a scalable, robust operating model supporting business continuity and resilience. Lead and develop a large team, fostering high performance and talent growth. Support risk, compliance, ethics and internal audit reviews with no open or overdue actions. What We Value
A proven senior global track record in asset servicing or asset management with 15+ years of leadership experience. Ability to navigate and build relationships in a large, global organization. Strong technical knowledge of accounting and fund services across product segments. Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Track record of achieving or exceeding financial goals through expense discipline and headcount management. Experience with change‑management programs and demonstrated ability to execute under challenging circumstances. Excellent communication, relationship‑management and strategic thinking skills. Cross‑cultural awareness and ability to collaborate globally. Willingness to travel regularly. About State Street
