What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, driving and passion for helping people shines.
Be part of the community through events, fulfilling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Fast‑paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no experience? Training and coaching provided.
Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.44 and $23.48 per hour + $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities can lead to top seller earnings of $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
