Base pay range:
$25.00/hr – $40.00/hr

Work remotely via our purpose‑built Live Learning Platform—no commute. Get matched with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise. Leverage an AI‑powered Tutor Copilot for real‑time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features. We handle logistics; you invoice and we manage payments. Responsibilities
In this role, you will: Deliver 1‑on‑1 online tutoring sessions, providing personalized instruction to individual students. Accept and manage on‑demand tutoring requests whenever you’re available. Use the Live Learning Platform to conduct sessions, track progress, and maintain records. Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in Officer Aptitude Rating (OAR) with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Preferred: prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate‑level education. Work Location & Eligibility
Based in Washington, DC–Baltimore Area ( Remote
option available).
