About the role The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the face of the company, responsible for the full lifecycle of customer success. You will lead new‑customer implementation, provide long‑term guidance, and be the voice of the customer for product improvement and support initiatives.

What would you do? As a CSM you will:

Attend, contribute to, and eventually lead Discovery Workshops with customers.

Map customer requirements to EazyStock capabilities.

Assist customers in mapping their data to EazyStock interface specifications.

Work with our implementation team to configure the EazyStock solution.

Test inbound customer data and EazyStock results.

Provide user training.

Create SQL reports to support specific testing use cases.

After the customer is live you will:

Hold regular value reviews with all customers to ensure they meet goals and identify evolving needs.

Monitor usage, analyse results and KPIs.

Provide ongoing training on advanced functionality and new releases.

Encourage customer advocacy via reviews, whitepapers and video case studies.

Seek upsell opportunities.

Serve as the first point of contact for expert advice and timely solutions, liaising with the XS team as needed.

Identify functionality gaps, scope solutions and liaise with the Products Team for development.

Who you are / What we expect

Some demonstrable working experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Forecasting.

Business English proficiency with clear, concise presentation skills.

Ability to train and coach users through the EazyStock journey.

Proactive, self‑motivated, and customer‑centric.

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (or equivalents).

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Comfortable with rapid change and ability to give, receive and act on feedback.

The icing on the cake

Project Management Experience (particularly in software).

Experience in a cloud SaaS organisation and cloud software implementations.

Customer Success / Account Management experience.

Experience working in a growth business or in direct sales processes.

Degree or further education in a domain or software‑related subject.

Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Freshdesk or similar tools.

Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Proficiency with SQL writing and database structures.

Additional language proficiency.
