Managing Partner – Opportunity Overview
As a Managing Partner you'll grow and lead a team of financial representatives. You’ll partner with and coach team members as they meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in your district. Your success will be built on attracting, recruiting, and developing a high‑performing sales team through coaching, motivating, and mentoring.

Ideal candidates should already be licensed in Life, Annuity, Series 6 or 7, and Series 24 or 26.

This unique program assists candidates who want to grow into leadership positions within a specific district or region. Candidates complete courses through Modern Woodmen University, our online learning platform, guiding them through leadership and management concepts in each module.
