Compensation

$90,000 to $130,000 DOE, Annually

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into Power BI solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support diverse internal operations.

Connect to a variety of data sources, ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and integration.

Optimize Power BI data models for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data to ensure high‑quality and accurate reporting.

Work closely with engineering and business teams to stay informed of data changes and system updates.

Document analytics solutions, processes, and data flows to support internal knowledge sharing and compliance.

Provide training, support, and guidance to team members and report users.

Stay current with Power BI enhancements and best practices to continuously improve reporting solutions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Power BI Developer or similar BI/reporting role.

Proven experience creating impactful Power BI reports and dashboards.

Experience with Azure data services.

Strong knowledge of data modeling principles.

Proficiency in connecting Power BI to multiple data sources.

Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and integration best practices.

Strong analytics, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Exposure to scripting languages like Python or R for advanced analytics.

Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance within reporting environments.

Power BI certification.
