Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Experience with SQL.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/TV), web/app analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques.

Experience performing marketing experiments, statistical analyses, and return on investment/financial modeling.

Experience working with Google Cloud, especially BigQuery, or other public cloud data warehouses.

Experience working with Google Marketing Platform, especially in Display and Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360.

Experience working closely with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.

Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or reports.

In this role, you are a trusted advisor to large customers and agencies, using data‑driven insights and knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) to help clients achieve their business goals. You serve as the Google quantitative expert for measurement and testing within Google Marketing Platform, and are a key partner to Google's ad sales teams, who work to bring the best of Google's advertising solutions to their customers. You work directly with clients and develop client relationships with key decision makers, including senior leaders in marketing strategy and analytics teams. You have experience navigating cross‑functional teams and influencing without authority, and you can build trust and motivate change both internally and externally through strategic collaboration.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Support the growth of Google Marketing Platform through analysis of customer's data and platform utilization.

Leverage measurement methods and analysis to produce business‑focused insights and help customers understand the value of Google tech and advertising investments.

Test via experimentation and learning agendas, share learnings across sectors, and implement best practices with cross‑functional partners.

Develop forward thinking, data‑driven recommendations that align with client marketing objectives.

Partner with Programmatic Sales, GMP Sales, Data Measurement and Analytics teams, Product Managers, and Sales Operations to develop scalable narratives and frameworks to prove the value of GMP advanced usage and feature adoption.
