Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Required Skills
Accurate and quick arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using a calculator if necessary; ability to provide correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination for rapid, accurate, precise hand and finger movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Verbal communication with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Drive product to customers by car and deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate maps, locate addresses within a designated delivery area, and handle adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
